You will play a key role in translating accounting and operational needs into scalable system solutions and ensuring successful project delivery.</p> <hr data-start="1638" data-end="1641"> <h2 processes and supporting systems, develops As-Is and To-Be workflows, and ensures business and functional requirements are clearly defined throughout the project lifecycle.</p> <h3 data-start="1898" data-start="1945" data-end="2045">Lead requirements gathering activities for finance system implementation and enhancement projects.</p> </li> <li data-start="2046" data-end="2142"> <p data-start="2048" data-end="2142">Analyze and document finance-related business processes, workflows, and system requirements.</p> </li> <li data-start="2143" data-end="2276"> <p data-start="2145" data-end="2276">Prepare key deliverables including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.</p> </li> <li data-start="2277" data-end="2392"> <p data-start="2279" data-end="2392">Translate finance and accounting requirements into functional specifications understandable by technical teams.</p> </li> <li data-start="2393" data-end="2500"> <p data-start="2395" data-end="2500">Collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, and Operations stakeholders to understand business needs.</p> </li> <li data-start="2501" data-end="2601"> <p data-start="2503" data-end="2601">Support system configuration discussions, data migration validation, and integration activities.</p> </li> <li data-start="2602" data-end="2691"> <p data-start="2604" data-end="2691">Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment support.</p> </li> <li data-start="2692" data-end="2819"> <p data-start="2694" data-end="2819">Work with developers and subject matter experts to balance business usability with system performance and compliance needs.</p> </li> <li data-start="2820" data-end="2915"> <p data-start="2822" data-end="2915">Support project managers in planning deliverables, scope, timelines, and project execution.</p> </li> <li data-start="2916" data-end="3020"> <p data-start="2918" discipline.</p> </li> <li data-start="3358" data-end="3463"> <p data-start="3360" data-end="3463">Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting <strong data-start="3411" data-end="3460">finance or ERP system implementation projects</strong>.</p> </li> <li data-start="3464" data-end="3567"> <p data-start="3466" data-end="3567">Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and producing As-Is and To-Be documentation.</p> </li> <li data-start="3568" data-end="3708"> <p data-start="3570" data-end="3708">Understanding of end-to-end finance processes such as billing, invoicing, instalments, refunds, reconciliation, and financial reporting.</p> </li> <li data-start="3709" data-end="3825"> <p data-start="3711" data-end="3825">Knowledge of accounting concepts including revenue recognition, journal entries, reconciliation, and write-offs.</p> </li> <li data-start="3826" data-end="3972"> <p data-start="3828" data-end="3972">Experience working with finance systems such as SAP Finance, Oracle Financials, Microsoft Dynamics Finance, or similar platforms is preferred.</p> </li> <li data-start="3973" data-end="4099"> <p data-start="3975" data-end="4099">Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into system requirements.</p> </li> <li data-start="4100" data-end="4168"> <p data-start="4102" data-end="4168">Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</p> </li> <li data-start="4169" data-end="4255"> <p data-start="4171" data-end="4255">Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a
