<p class="p2">We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Raw Materials Planning Manager to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of fabric and raw material procurement. This role is responsible for ensuring uninterrupted material flow, from mill to production, by balancing demand forecasting, inventory management, and supplier partnerships. <p class="p2"><strong>Sourcing & Purchasing<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></strong></p>

<li class="li3">Source and procure fabrics and raw materials aligned with product and production needs<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li class="li3">Manage relationships with domestic and offshore mills, ensuring quality, reliability, and scalability<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li class="li3">Negotiate pricing, capacity, lead times, and MOQs to support margin and production goals<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li class="li2">Partner with product development and technical teams on fabric approvals and performance standards<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
</ul>
<p class="p2"><strong>Planning & Inventory Management<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></strong></p>

<li class="li5">Develop and manage raw material forecasts based on demand plans, sales trends, and production schedules<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li class="li5">Own fabric capacity planning with mills to support both replenishment and new production needs and minimize stockouts<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li class="li5">Monitor inventory levels, aging stock, and excess/obsolete materials<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li class="li2">Align material planning with production schedules and capacity constraints<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>

<li class="li3">Issue and track purchase orders, ensuring on-time delivery of materials<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li class="li2">Partner closely with production, planning, and logistics teams to align material flow with factory schedules<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li class="li3">Drive replenishment strategies for high-volume basics (e.g., jersey, fleece, rib)<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li class="li2">Identify and mitigate supply chain risks (delays, shortages, quality issues)<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>

<li class="li3">Analyze fabric consumption, usage trends, and cost drivers<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li class="li3">Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory turns, and material cost variance<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li class="li3">Provide recommendations to optimize sourcing strategies and inventory efficiency<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li class="li2">Maintain accurate data in ERP/PLM systems for materials, orders, and inventory<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
</ul>
<p class="p2"><strong>REQUIREMENTS<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></strong></p>

<li class="li3">Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Textiles, Fashion, or related field (preferred but not required)<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li class="li3">4–7+ years of experience in fabric sourcing, raw materials planning, or apparel supply chain roles<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li class="li3">Strong understanding of textile construction, lead times, and sourcing processes<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li class="li3">Experience managing high-volume replenishment programs<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li class="li2">Strong negotiation and vendor management experience<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li class="li3">Experience in apparel or activewear manufacturing<span class="Apple-converted-space"> preferred</span></li>
<li class="li3">Familiarity with ERP/MRP/PLM systems (e.g., FDM4, Anaplan, Centric, etc.)<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li class="li2">Knowledge of global sourcing and logistics timelines<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
</ul>
<p class="p1">The base salary range for this position is $100,000-$120,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees.
