<p><span data-contrast="auto">The Retail Purchasing Specialist owns procurement and purchasing for Capex and Opex categories that directly shape the customer-facing brand experience. This role partners closely with Visual Merchandising, Store Development, and Finance to translate creative intent into scalable, cost-effective, and operationally sound purchasing strategies—without compromising brand standards.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Track data that supports brand consistency, speed to market, and cost control.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Identify, onboard, and manage specialized vendors</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Support RFPs, pilots, and negotiations </span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Balance custom vs. standard solutions to optimize scalability and ROI.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Maintain pricing files, spec books, and vendor documentation</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":278}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Support multi-site rollouts, refreshes, and special launch transitions.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Troubleshoot quality issues, damages, substitutions, and last-minute changes.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Partner with Facilities and Store Ops on installation, maintenance, and replacement strategies.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Manage Opex budgets for visual programs in partnership with Finance</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Partner with Legal on MSAs, SOWs, and service agreements.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>

<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Design Management, Operations, or related field.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or sourcing, with exposure to visual or retail categories.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335557856":16777215,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>

<p class="p1">The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees.
