With industry-leading safety standards and years of proven deployment data, we're pioneering a new era of automation that enhances human potential.</p></div><p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">About the role</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">As an Indirect Procurement Manager, you will lead the sourcing and supplier management strategy for Agility Robotics’ indirect spend categories. These categories support the broader business operations and may include areas such as professional services, facilities, information technology, logistics services, equipment, and other operational services.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">In this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the company to understand business needs, develop sourcing strategies, and establish supplier relationships that deliver cost efficiency, reliability, and scalability.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">You will be responsible for managing the full procurement lifecycle across indirect categories, from supplier selection and contract negotiation to supplier performance management and ongoing cost optimization. This role requires strong commercial acumen, structured sourcing practices, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions to support the company’s operational growth.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">What you’ll do</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop and implement sourcing strategies across indirect procurement categories aligned with Agility Robotics’ operational and business objectives.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Partner with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and translate them into effective sourcing and supplier engagement strategies.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead supplier selection and commercial negotiations including pricing, service agreements, and contract terms.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle including request for proposal (RFP), supplier evaluation, contracting, and supplier onboarding.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Drive cost optimization initiatives across indirect spend categories through supplier benchmarking, competitive sourcing, and contract management.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Establish and maintain preferred supplier relationships while ensuring service reliability and cost competitiveness.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Monitor supplier performance across cost, quality, delivery, and service levels, and drive continuous improvement initiatives where needed.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ensure procurement processes and purchasing activities align with internal policies and financial controls.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to support budgeting, cost tracking, and spend visibility across indirect categories.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Identify opportunities to improve procurement efficiency through standardized sourcing processes, supplier consolidation, and improved contract management.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Support procurement operations initiatives including vendor master data management and purchasing process improvements.</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Preferred Qualifications</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">7+ years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles with exposure to indirect procurement categories.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrated experience leading sourcing initiatives and negotiating supplier agreements across multiple service-based categories.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong commercial and contract negotiation skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience managing request for proposal (RFP) processes and supplier evaluation frameworks.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to evaluate supplier proposals and cost structures.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across functions such as Finance, Facilities, Information Technology, and Operations.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and procurement systems used for purchasing and supplier management.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ability to manage multiple procurement initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.</span></li> </ul> <p>This a hybrid position based out of one of our Salem or Fremont offices.</p> <p><em>The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to: market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
