DevSecOps Tech Lead at AutoDS - Automatic Dropshipping Tools

You will be responsible for system reliability, security execution, architectural decisions, and leading a small infrastructure unit. The role is approximately 60% hands-on and 40% management.&nbsp;</p> <p>You will lead 1 engineer and report to the Director of R&amp;D.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3>Responsibilities</h3> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Own production reliability and availability targets</li> <li>Drive security remediatio</li> <li>Build incident response process with root cause analysis</li> <li>Implement SLOs/SLIs for core services</li> <li>Operate edge protection (Cloudflare WAF, rate limiting, DDoS, Bot Management)</li> <li>Improve CI/CD and test environments for development teams</li> <li>Establish CI/CD security practices</li> <li>Expand Infrastructure as Code coverage</li> <li>Lead and develop the DevOps engineer on your team</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3>Requirements</h3> <ul> <li>5+ years in DevOps/SRE roles</li> <li>2+ years with security focus</li> <li>Experience running production Kubernetes (EKS preferred)</li> <li>Strong AWS knowledge (EKS, RDS, VPC, IAM, S3)</li> <li>Experience with Terraform</li> <li>Track record of improving system reliability</li> <li>Ability to read and debug application code (Python)</li> <li>English level: Intermediate level and higher</li> <li>Russian/Ukrainian: native level&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Nice to have:</p> <ul> <li>Experience leading infrastructure teams</li> <li>Compliance familiarity</li> <li>Real-world incident response experience</li> </ul> <p><br><br></p> <h3>Tech Stack</h3> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Cloud: AWS (EKS, RDS, VPC, IAM, S3, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, Athena, Lambda, Cognito, SSM)</p> <p>Orchestration: Kubernetes, Helm</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Ready to take your career to the next level with <strong>AutoDS</strong>?
