Broker Data Associate at Point72

<p><strong>Role:&nbsp;</strong><br>The Broker Data Associate will play a critical role in helping the business manage and strengthen sell-side relationships through broker data and research by:&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Helping manage relationships with sell-side brokers for broker data and research feeds<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Providing insights into the sell-side data offerings and identify opportunities to expand &nbsp;data partnership&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Acting as a point of coordination between sell-side brokers and internal teams on data-related initiatives and requests&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Help build and scale data relationships with our existing and new brokers&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Act as a liaison to address day-to-day requests around broker data&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Onboard new broker datasets through the entire lifecycle, including collaborating with Compliance, Legal, etc.&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Leverage sell-side insights to understand data landscape and hedge fund trends&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Requirements:&nbsp;</strong><br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Bachelor’s or master’s degree (with strong academic record)<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;3+ years of relevant experience&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Financial industry experience required; sell-side experience is a plus&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience working with data sourcing and management is a plus<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to be manage, prioritize, and execute tasks in a fast-faced, multitasking environment&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to uphold compliance framework and IP sensitivity framework&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong oral and written communication skills<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;High level of attention to detail<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Intellectual curiosity and love for proactive learning &nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong interpersonal skills &nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Commitment to the highest ethical standards&nbsp;</p>
