Financial Reporting &amp; Accounting</strong></p> <p>- Oversee full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets)- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing- Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS / Group reporting standards- Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations with Singapore HQ- Maintain accurate cost allocation for service entity model</p> <p><strong>B. Budgeting &amp; FP&amp;A</strong></p> <p>- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis- Monitor operational cost (especially payroll-heavy call centre costs)- Provide financial insights and cost optimisation recommendations- Support HQ in regional financial consolidation</p> <p><strong>C. Tax &amp; Compliance</strong></p> <p>- Ensure compliance with Philippines tax regulations (CIT, WHT, VAT, payroll taxes)- Manage tax filings and liaise with external advisors- Monitor PE risk and transfer pricing compliance- Ensure compliance with BIR requirements</p> <p><strong>D. Payroll &amp; HR Finance Oversight</strong></p> <p>- Oversee payroll processing and statutory contributions- Validate compensation structure compliance- Ensure accurate tax computation for employees- Work closely with HR on manpower cost planning</p> <p><strong>E. Internal Controls &amp; Audit</strong></p> <p>- Establish and maintain internal controls and SOPs- Ensure compliance with Group policies and audit requirements- Coordinate with external auditors- Drive process improvements</p> <p><strong>F. Treasury &amp; Cash Management</strong></p> <p>- Monitor cash flow and working capital- Manage banking relationships- Ensure proper funding from HQ</p> <p><strong>G. Business Partnering</strong></p> <p>- Act as finance partner to operations team- Support decision-making with financial analysis- Provide insights on cost efficiency</p> <p><strong>3. RequirementsEducation</strong></p> <p>- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance- CPA or equivalent preferred</p> <p><strong>Experience</strong></p> <p>- 6–10 years of relevant experience- Experience in BPO / Shared Services preferred- Strong knowledge of Philippines tax requirements</p> <p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p> <p>- ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP)- Strong Excel skills- Knowledge of transfer pricing</p> <p><strong>Soft Skills</strong></p> <p>- Leadership and team management- Strong attention to detail- Communication and stakeholder management</p> <p><strong>4. Key KPIs</strong></p> <p>- Timely and accurate financial reporting- Full compliance with statutory requirements- Cost control vs budget- Clean audit outcomes</p> <p><strong>5.
