This role directly impacts pipeline and revenue. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable working with AI coding, systems, tools, automations, and integrations. Equally important, this is not solely a technical role: we’re looking for a rare blend of a hands-on builder and a strategic, sales-oriented operator — someone with strong sales acumen who recognizes which levers move revenue and can drive them across teams.  Responsibilities  Engineer the Outbound operations. Own the automations, integrations, and AI-driven workflows that power outbound sales ops.
