<p><strong>Summary:</strong> This role will be working 100% on the manufacturing floor helping in the production process of our many product lines. They are responsible to help run technical equipment and help accelerate and organize the production lines. </p>
<p><strong>Primary Job Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Working with Industrial Machines, programming and fabricating parts</li>
<li>Accurately complete quality and administrative documents</li>
<li>Work with Machine Operators to improve and correct processes </li>
<li>Inspecting parts for Quality</li>
<li>Working closely with Production Managers to ensure timely production of parts</li>
<li>Assisting the Engineering staff with other plant projects</li>
<li>Read Engineering Drawings </li>
<li>Performing all work according to safety standards and procedures</li>
<li>Ensuring workspace is clean, safe and in working order</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2yr or 4yr technical degree in a Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering Technology curriculum <strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">REQUIRED</span></strong></li>
<li>Entry level to 2yrs work experience </li>
<li>Internship or other hands-on, manufacturing experience preferred</li>
<li>CNC and/or punch programming experience</li>
<li>AutoCAD or other 2D Drafting is <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>REQUIRED</strong></span></li>
<li>Organization and ability to prioritize</li>
<li>Effective and prompt communication</li>
<li>Ability to measure parts using calipers, micrometers, and tape measure.</li>
<li>Must pass background check and drug screen</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ability to work standing for 8 - 10 hours at a time</li>
<li>Required to use ladder, forklift or other means to acquire parts for product </li>
<li>Able to use power & hand tools</li>
<li>Ability to lift 35 to 50 pounds independently</li>
