What Makes You a Great Fit

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Specialist, Benefits (Operations) II to join our Benefits team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling innovative solutions that enhance our benefits operations and administration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful benefits programs and operational initiatives and contribute to the success of Pebl’s business objectives.

This will be a 3 month contract with potential extension based on performance.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver benefits operations initiatives

  • Design, build, and maintain benefits processes and workflows

  • Optimize operational processes to drive efficiency and accuracy

  • Lead by example in applying operational and customer-focused standards

  • Support operational execution and issue resolution

Let’s Connect If You Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

  • Typically 2–4 years of professional experience in benefits operations or administration

  • Proficiency with benefits systems or operational tools, including Excel and Google Sheets

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a customer mindset
