<div><strong>Role Summary </strong><br>We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to own a portfolio of customers and drive <strong>renewal, expansion, and long-term customer value</strong>.<br><br>This role is accountable for <strong>retention outcomes, expansion pipeline creation, and revenue growth</strong>, not just relationship management. The ideal candidate operates with strong commercial acumen, proactively identifies risk and opportunity, and partners cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes for both the customer and Automox.<br><br><strong>WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING </strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Own <strong>renewal and retention outcomes</strong> across a defined book of business</li>
<li>Build and convert <strong>expansion pipeline</strong> (upsell, cross-sell, and whitespace)</li>
<li>Lead <strong>early, proactive engagement</strong> on at-risk accounts — no last-minute saves</li>
<li>Drive adoption of <strong>multi-year agreements (MYAs)</strong> and long-term customer commitments</li>
<li>Position and sell <strong>Turnkey, Premium Support, and adjacent offerings</strong> to increase stickiness and value</li>
<li>Conduct <strong>executive-level business reviews</strong> tied to customer outcomes and ROI</li>
<li>Develop and execute <strong>account plans</strong> with clear growth and risk mitigation strategies</li>
<li>Maintain <strong>accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene</strong> in Salesforce</li>
<li>Partner with CSMs, Support, and Product to <strong>remove blockers and deliver outcomes</strong></li>
<li>Identify and act on <strong>customer signals</strong> (usage, sentiment, risk) to drive action early</li>
<li>Operate with <strong>weekly execution cadence</strong> at the account level (pipeline, risk, renewals)</li>
</ul>
<div><br><strong>WHAT YOU BRING </strong></div>
<ul>
<li>3–5 years in account management, sales, or customer-facing revenue roles in SaaS</li>
<li>Proven ability to <strong>meet or exceed retention and expansion targets</strong></li>
<li>Experience managing a <strong>book of business with quota accountability</strong></li>
<li>Strong commercial instincts — able to <strong>negotiate, position value, and close deals</strong></li>
<li>Ability to run <strong>executive conversations</strong> and influence decision-makers</li>
<li>Comfortable operating in a <strong>metrics-driven, forecast-based environment</strong></li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to navigate <strong>technical products and cross-functional teams</strong></li>
<li>Bias for action — <strong>proactive, not reactive</strong> in managing customer risk and opportunity</li>
<li>Experience with Salesforce and modern GTM tools (ChurnZero, Gong, etc.)</li>
</ul>

<li>Identifies and mitigates <strong>risk early in the renewal cycle</strong></li>
<li>Builds strong relationships at both <strong>operator and executive levels</strong></li>
<li>Operates with discipline in <strong>weekly account and pipeline cadence</strong></li>

OTE is a mix of base pay and variable pay earned based on meeting sale's goals. In addition to OTE our compensation package includes equity and variety of great benefits.
