You will lead and support Sage Intacct implementations, data migrations, integrations, reporting solutions, user training, and ongoing client support. The ideal candidate brings a blend of accounting expertise, consulting experience, and project management skills, along with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions that drive long-term client success. Duties & Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Perform business requirements analysis and documentation into functional requirements, process statement of work format for customer acceptance</li> <li>Train end users on the Sage Intacct system and provide technical support to customers</li> <li>Develop reports and dashboards utilizing the Intacct tools</li> <li>Efficiently oversee migration of data and or data integration as outlined in the scope of work</li> <li>Identify third party solutions to enhance client Sage Intacct experience and efficiency.</li> <li>Setup and configure third party integration tools</li> <li>Recognize functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code and ISV solutions</li> <li>Participate in multiple engagements simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality are being met</li> <li>Manage client engagements and relationships throughout the implementation and support phase</li> <li>Perform solution design, system testing, unit testing, manage user acceptance testing (UAT), support user adoption, training and go-live activities</li> <li>Managing complex projects from beginning to end</li> <li>Research and/or escalate complex software issues to collaborate and identify improvements and opportunities</li> <li>Work with developers and other team members to define client enhancement needs</li> <li>Assist in developing and documentation of efficient and standard operating procedures throughout client lifecycle</li> <li>Oversee and provide feedback to consultants on each project team as you enable them to adequately support more task of the implementation and support phases.</li> <li>Travel to customers as necessary</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> </ul> Education & Experience:  <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, MIS, or related field</li> <li>Have 5+ years of relevant consulting experience</li> <li>Have 3+ years of Sage Intacct experience</li> <li>Accounting experience with excellent understanding of financial software</li> <li>Experience with other ERP packages is a plus, but not required</li> </ul> #LI - hybrid<div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description">Salary Range</div><div class="title">Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range">$90,000—$130,000 USD</div></div></div>
