If this sounds like you, let’s build something great together.  What You’ll Do 🚀  📍This position will be located at our Corporate Office: 2355 W Pinnacle Peak Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85027 The Videographer leads video strategy, production, and multi-channel content optimization to support brand awareness, product campaigns, financial education, corporate communications, and community impact. They will own end-to-end video development from concept through distribution and ensure content is audience-focused, platform-optimized, and aligned to campaign objectives. The Videographer will partner cross-functionally to deliver compelling storytelling and drive measurable engagement across digital, social, broadcast, and internal channels. Essential Functions <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead video strategy and execution for integrated awareness and product campaigns across digital, social, web, and broadcast.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop and produce high-impact visual storytelling that drives engagement and supports campaign goals.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Direct on-camera talent to deliver authentic, brand-aligned messaging.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Optimize video content for multi-channel distribution, adapting formats and creative to platform requirements.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Create video content that simplifies financial concepts into clear, engaging member education.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Produce internal communications, training, and leadership messaging aligned to organizational priorities.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner with marketing and internal communication teams to ensure messaging accuracy, compliance, and consistency.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Use performance insights to refine content strategy, messaging, and delivery effectiveness.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver community impact storytelling and partnership content.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead full production lifecycle including planning, scheduling, budgeting, filming, editing, and delivery.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage studio operations, equipment, vendors, and digital asset organization.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain project workflows and timelines within project management tools to ensure on-time execution.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain a library of accurate, organized video and marketing assets aligned to workflows, including tagging with metadata for accessibility and compliance.</li> </ul> What You Bring 🎯 <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">High School Diploma Required</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor's Degree iN Marketing, or a related field Required</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">5-8 similar or related experience in in videography, filming and/or editing and photography Required</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Advanced skills in filming, lighting, audio, editing, and post-production (Adobe Creative Cloud) Required</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video production and storytelling skills Required</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Advertising, Marketing, or PR agency experience Preferred</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
