Project Manager at WhiteWater

<p>Provide project management, technical support, and oversight for small-to-mid-sized capital projects ($1 MM – $10 MM). This role focuses primarily on natural gas meter stations and small-diameter lateral pipelines. As these projects are often reimbursable, the candidate must excel in transparent cost tracking, client communication, and efficient execution from inception to close-out.</p> <p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Full Lifecycle Management: Lead projects from initial scope development through construction, commissioning, and final asset integration.</li> <li>Reimbursable Coordination: Maintain meticulous documentation for cost-plus or reimbursable projects to ensure seamless billing and client audit compliance.</li> <li>Project Controls: Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets; generate accurate cost estimates and Authorizations for Expenditure.</li> <li>Technical Specification: Perform sizing and specification for meter runs, valves, filters and piping components.</li> <li>Procurement &amp; Bidding: Manage the material procurement process and lead the bidding/selection of third-party construction contractors.</li> <li>Contract Management: Evaluate construction contracts and commercial agreements, ensuring scope clarity and risk mitigation.</li> <li>Reporting: Lead weekly progress meetings and generate routine status reports for both internal personnel and external customers.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Education: Minimum 4-year accredited degree in relevant discipline.</li> <li>Experience: 2–3 years of experience with preference in midstream or utility industry experience.</li> <li>Project Scope: Direct experience with meter stations, interconnects, and/or small-diameter pipelines is highly preferred.</li> <li>Client Facing: Ability to manage "customer-driven" projects where high levels of communication are required.</li> <li>Multi-Tasking: Proven ability to manage a portfolio of multiple smaller projects simultaneously at different stages of the lifecycle.</li> <li>Soft Skills: Self-motivated with a "boots-on-the-ground" mentality; comfortable working with both field technicians and executive leadership.</li> <li>Technical Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (Project/Excel). Experience with AutoCAD or hydraulic modeling (e.g., ProMax, Synergi) is a plus.</li> <li>Travel: Ability to travel approximately 25-50% to project sites for kick-offs, tie-ins, construction oversight, commissioning, etc.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits</strong>: This position is located in Austin, Texas and is an in-office position.&nbsp; Selected candidate is eligible for employer matched 401(k), medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&amp;D insurances and other benefit offerings.</p>
