About the Role

<p>At a minimum, this position requires:&nbsp;<br>• Active Top Secret Clearance<br>• Bachelor’s degree from a fully credited college or university&nbsp;<br>• Ten (10) years of operational fleet experience qualified in an Undersea Warfare&nbsp;<br>(USW) specialty area (Submarines, NSW, Intelligence, EOD/Diving or Engineering&nbsp;<br>Duty), or experience supporting Flag/General Officer-level staffs responsible for&nbsp;<br>operations, acquisitions or resource programs’ management, to support a broad&nbsp;<br>understanding of technical requirements of data calls and presentations<br>• Demonstrated experience in technical and program execution management&nbsp;<br>support related to analysis, technology improvement, and reporting of S&amp;T and&nbsp;<br>space-based remote sensing program scientific and engineering research<br>• Demonstrated experience preparing and finalizing reports related to historic,&nbsp;<br>current, and planned program accomplishments for Flag Officer, Congressional&nbsp;<br>Staff and public presentation<br>• Experience coordinating with executive, program officer/manager, staff personnel&nbsp;<br>and other stake holders to ensure processes and workflows function efficiently</p> <p>Desired additional qualifications:&nbsp;<br>• Experience in Navy ERP or similar SAP experience&nbsp;<br>• Fleet Engineering qualification(s)<br>• Data science certification(s)<br>• Master’s degree in a technical field, business or public management&nbsp;<br>• Experience working with the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI)&nbsp;<br>• Completion of core training requirements required for Defense Acquisition&nbsp;<br>Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Science and Technology Manager (S&amp;TM)&nbsp;<br>Level I or completion of Foundational training requirements for Engineering and&nbsp;<br>Technical Management<br>• Requirement for 10 years of experience may be reduced to eight (8) years of&nbsp;<br>experience with current certification as a Program Management Professional (PMP)</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>Blue Sky Innovators, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
