<div class="content-intro"><p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p></div><p>ABOUT THE ROLE</p> <p>The Principal, Financial Planning and Analysis, partners with assigned business units and leads&nbsp;one or more planning or reporting processes across the company. The role turns operating and&nbsp;financial information into clear outlooks, alternatives, and recommendations for management.&nbsp;It works within a matrix model: business leaders own their operating assumptions and&nbsp;decisions; FP&amp;A sets financial standards, challenges assumptions, and connects the business&nbsp;views to an enterprise outlook. The Principal reports to the FP&amp;A leader, who retains overall&nbsp;coordination and escalation responsibility.&nbsp;Business-unit and process assignments may evolve as the team and businesses grow.</p> <p>Core responsibilities<br>• Business partnership: Serve as the day-to-day finance partner for assigned business units.&nbsp;Understand operating drivers, commitments, headcount, capital needs, and risks; support&nbsp;leaders with timely analysis and clear recommendations.<br>• Process leadership: Own assigned FP&amp;A processes end to end across the relevant business&nbsp;units. Set the method and calendar, gather and challenge inputs, coordinate contributors,&nbsp;consolidate outputs, document decisions, and arrange backup coverage.<br>• Annual planning: Lead assigned components of the Board Budget and Budget Memo&nbsp;financial review. Challenge business assumptions early, reconcile approved commitments&nbsp;to planning baselines, and prepare management and Board-ready analysis.<br>• Forecast and strategic planning: Develop or contribute to the quarterly financial&nbsp;outlook, longer-term plan, material operating drivers, and scenario analyses. Explain&nbsp;changes from the approved plan and prior outlook, with quantified risks and&nbsp;opportunities.<br>• Performance reporting: Deliver assigned monthly business-unit or departmental&nbsp;reviews, including actual results, drivers, forecast implications, actions, and decision&nbsp;requests. Work with Accounting to reconcile reported actuals and with business&nbsp;leaders to validate explanations.<br>• Workforce and capital: Integrate approved positions, open roles, and loaded costs into&nbsp;plans and forecasts with People Ops. Evaluate capital or investment choices and&nbsp;connect project timing and cash implications with Campus FP&amp;A and Treasury as&nbsp;applicable.<br>• Data and systems: Support consistent finance definitions, controlled model versions,&nbsp;source-data reconciliation, and effective use of Vena. State the business need and&nbsp;acceptance criteria for BI/IT/AI work; collaborate on integrations and technical&nbsp;changes with the designated system owners. Use NetSuite as a financial data source&nbsp;subject to Accounting controls.<br>• Cross-functional execution: Coordinate with independent Campus FP&amp;A on shared&nbsp;planning deadlines, project definitions, and enterprise consolidation. Identify&nbsp;transactional close, billing, approval, or system administration tasks that require an&nbsp;agreed functional handoff while preserving necessary FP&amp;A analytical input.</p> <p>ABOUT YOU<br>• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; FP&amp;A, CFA&nbsp;Certificates preferred<br>• 5-10 years of progressive FP&amp;A or corporate finance experience, including leadership of&nbsp;teams or major planning cycles.<br>• Demonstrated ownership of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and cross-functional business partnering.<br>• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with planning platforms, BI&nbsp;tools, and ERP systems such as NetSuite and Vena<br>• Strong business judgment and ability to prioritize, operate independently, and deliver&nbsp;through ambiguity and change.<br>• Executive-level communication and influence skills, with a record of building credibility<br>across functions.<br><br>ABOUT THE WORK ENVIRONMENT<br>This role is in office at our corporate headquarters in the Brickell area of Miami, Florida.&nbsp;Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform&nbsp;the essential functions.<br><br></p>
