As a Confirmations Specialist, you play a vital role in protecting and retaining scheduled appointments by reinforcing the homeowner’s decision and ensuring they remain confident and prepared for their consultation. You’ll connect with homeowners, answer questions, ease concerns, and proactively address potential hesitations that could lead to cancellations or reschedules. font-size: 12pt;">Proactively identify cancellation risks, address concerns through deeper conversations, and properly qualify (or disqualify) projects while keeping all system information accurate and up to date.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Clearly communicate the value of the in-home consultation to homeowners considering canceling or rescheduling, helping protect revenue and preserve scheduled opportunities.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner closely with Sales Managers, Design Consultants, and team members to strengthen appointment quality, reduce fallout, and drive higher retention rates.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Engage homeowners and internal partners via phone and text to maintain consistent communication and ensure a seamless, confidence-building experience from first contact through the in-home visit. </li> </ul> What You’ll Bring <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
