We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy <strong>People Team Intern</strong> who is passionate about the intersection of Human Resources and Artificial Intelligence.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">You will be embedded in one of these global HR functions to drive project efficiency and help us pioneer the use of AI in the workplace:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>People Operations: </strong>Manages the administrative and operational aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth HR processes and employee support.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Talent Acquisition:</strong> Partners with managers to source, attract, and recruit top talent to fill open positions.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>HR Business Partners: </strong>Serve as trusted advisors, who leverage deep business acumen to understand, influence, and operationalize business strategy to drive results and execute on key initiatives.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Talent Growth &amp; Enablement: </strong>Designs and delivers programs and resources to develop and retain critical talent, foster professional growth, and amplify career advancement.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Benefits: </strong>Designs, manages, and administers employee benefits programs to attract and retain talent, ensure regulatory compliance, and support employee well-being while optimizing company costs. Serves as a strategic partner to multiple stakeholder groups.</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Project Management &amp; Execution:</strong> Support end-to-end project lifecycles for People Team initiatives. You will keep timelines on track, manage stakeholders, and ensure no detail is overlooked.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Process Optimization:</strong> Identify manual HR workflows and leverage AI solutions to automate and improve them. You will explore ways to use generative and agentic AI to streamline employee communications and internal documentation. You will also work on system automation projects and help with system testing.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Data-Driven Insights:</strong> Analyze people data to identify trends in hiring, retention, and employee engagement. You’ll use these insights to make recommendations to leadership.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Knowledge Management:</strong> Maintain and audit our internal documentation and knowledge base, ensuring that employees have access to the most accurate, up-to-date information.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Internal AI Advocacy:</strong> Become a power user and internal champion for our proprietary tools helping the team leverage these platforms for smarter decision-making.</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Desirable Skills, Knowledge, and Experience</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree (open to all majors) or relevant HR program.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Exceptional Organization: You are the person who has a spreadsheet for everything. You can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Detailed-Oriented Mindset: You catch the data integrity issues others miss and care deeply about the "small things" that impact employee experience.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">AI Fluency: You are familiar with AI tools and how they can be applied to improve business processes and improve team efficiencies.
