Bring your aptitude and build upon what you do best for our customers, partners, team, and you.</p> <p>Other qualities you’ll need to be a fit for this role include:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years&nbsp;of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR business partnering.</li> <li>Proven success in&nbsp;full-cycle recruiting&nbsp;across various functions or geographies.</li> <li>Experience recruiting for global sales roles (pre-sales, direct, channel, marketing and customer success)</li> <li>Familiarity with&nbsp;talent analytics,&nbsp;employer branding, and&nbsp;recruitment marketing.</li> <li>Background in&nbsp;consulting with senior leaders&nbsp;and driving hiring decisions aligned with business strategy.</li> </ul> <p><span data-contrast="auto">The Salary Range for this role is&nbsp;<span data-teams="true">$90,000- $100,000</span>.
