font-size: 12pt;"> Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> Visit our Adult/Pediatric clients and conduct assessments in Meadville, PA and surrounding areas.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> Supervise clinical staff in the field. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> Facilitate new hire orientation. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff. </li> </ul> Qualifications for a Clinical RN Manager: <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;
