We are excited to keep working towards our goal of educating a billion people by 2025 and creating a more caring world by developing the most caring people!</span></p> <p><strong>About the Program</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As a Regional Lead (RL), you will serve as a key member of the Osmosis team and a leader on your campus! Over the course of an academic year (from August 2024 to April 2025), you’ll guide a&nbsp; group of students through our programs as they lead events at their school, publish blogs and social media content with Osmosis, connect with healthcare students around the globe, and improve medical education through feedback, hackathons, and creative innovation! You’ll help </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">advance our mission of empowering clinicians and caregivers around the world and spread the Osmosis </span><a href="http://www.osmosis.org/about"><span style="font-weight: 400;">values</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> to help create a more caring world!&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p> <ul> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Previous enrollment and strong performance in either the OMEF or ONSA programs</strong></li> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Current or former </strong><a href="http://www.osmosis.org"><strong>Osmosis Prime</strong></a><strong> subscribe</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">r with at least 3 months of usage</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Current health professional student </strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">[MD, DO, MBBS, DDS, PharmD, NP, PA, etc] with a strong academic standing</span></li> </ul> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Attended</strong>&nbsp;the 4 monthly meetings and completed 4 monthly surveys.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Completed&nbsp;</strong>at least 25 referrals and hosted 1 event</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Received</strong>&nbsp;260 points and your certificate of completion</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Reliable and detail-oriented leader</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> who can commit at least 10 hours a month to supporting your team and engaging in the program at a higher level</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Passionate and creative leader </strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">who imagines more to improve medical education and healthcare outcomes</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Lifelong learner</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> who reaches further and wants to develop professionally</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Mission and values-aligned</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> teammate who can build and foster relationships with Osmosis teammates and a global medical community</span></li> </ul> </ul> <ul> <li><strong>Proactive and solutions-oriented </strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">teammate who has a bias towards action and solving problems collaboratively.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Serve as the main contact, advisor, and manager for OMEF/ONSA students in your cohort:</span> <ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li data-stringify-indent="1" data-stringify-border="0">Meet 1:1 within the first two weeks of the program start date</li> <li data-stringify-indent="1" data-stringify-border="0">Share resources that are relevant to their education and needs</li> <li data-stringify-indent="1" data-stringify-border="0">Successfully onboard your new students and engage them from day 1</li> </ul> </li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Build strong relationships with the students in your cohort and regularly check-in via messages and video check ins</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Attend all required meetings</span> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Attend monthly 1:1 with Community Managers</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Attend 1 of 2 monthly community meetings&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Attend our monthly Regional Lead meeting along with completing the monthly RL survey</span></li> </ul> </li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Lead a special project or take on leadership of a specific area related to Osmosis or the programs (e.g. Event planning, University Partnerships, etc.)&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Spread joy within our community by embodying our six core values; collaborate with the fellows in your cohort to find more ways to spread Osmosis culture and values to our students in their universities.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Assist the Osmosis Team with additional projects as needed</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>What You’ll Receive</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Earn FREE access for up to 6 months of Osmosis Prime</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> (valued at $179 USD)</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Build your resume</strong> by being part of this exclusive leadership program.
