Impressive, right?&nbsp;</p> <p>To achieve our mission, we are looking for bar-raisers with a hands-on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment!<br><br>Ready to be part of the experience?&nbsp;</p> <p>Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.</p></div><h4><strong>Meet The Team</strong></h4> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Growth is the team responsible for driving Fever’s content portfolio across all verticals and markets, ensuring the successful execution of the company’s business plan.<br></span><br><span style="font-size: 10pt;">We act as strategic consultants, supporting both our partners and in-house projects to achieve their performance goals, while working closely with external and internal stakeholders.<br></span><br><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Our decisions are data-driven at every level, from strategy to execution, enabling us to deeply understand Fever’s business model and collaborate effectively across teams to guide the company’s growth in the right direction.</span></p> <h4><strong>The Role</strong></h4> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Own and build an entire business line, taking full responsibility for its strategy and performance</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Define and implement new growth strategies to improve key business metrics and enhance overall company performance</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead high-impact, end-to-end projects and initiatives</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate with teams and stakeholders across more than 40 international markets</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Report directly to the Global Growth Director, working closely with top management and founders</span></li> </ul> <h4><strong>Who You Are</strong></h4> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">8+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, or business-related roles</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proven track record of building trust and effectively leading teams or key projects</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">You have an Engineering bachelor's (Civil, Industrial, Telecommunications, or Aeronautics) or a Maths / Statistics / Data Analytics / Strategy background</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong data-driven mindset: you use numbers to inform strategic and business decisions</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work successfully across multiple disciplines and business areas</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Advanced English level;
