Additionally, Project Managers manage the quality and coordination between all internal and external project stakeholders and ensures a positive client experience.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Review scope of contract and execute deliverables within the prescribed contract schedule</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Monitor time charges and adjustments to the project, where possible, to keep project within budget</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Recognize changes in scope/scope creep and confer with Group Manager and/or Director to negotiate appropriate adjustments in contract price and/or schedule</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Provide status updates to internal/external stakeholders</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Make final decisions for all survey and staking technical matters</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Review all deliverables for quality control and adherence to company standards before external release of maps and staking data</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Coordinate project submittals with local municipalities</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Discuss with all project personnel as necessary to provide technical advice and resolve problems</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Maintain close contact with client throughout project duration; ensure their satisfaction through information exchange about progress, quality of the work, and the proposed processes and applications</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Foster long-term relationships with past and current clients</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Cross-sell services to other departments or clients</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Pursue continuous, deep knowledge of current trends within the industry</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Provide feedback on staff performance and training needs to Group Manager</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Maintain a safe work environment for all crew members</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Communicate respectfully with clients or project neighbors to insure a positive company image</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Follow guidelines and company standards set forth by the Geomatics department</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Aids in maintaining a safe and respectful work environment by following company policies and procedures</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Responsible for assessing potential hazards and unsafe working conditions</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Must be a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Florida.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Bachelors in Geomatics preferred.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">2-5 years years of office/field experience in Land Surveying.<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Highly motivated to develop and grow the land surveying sector within the region.<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Show the ability to work within a multi-discipline engineering firm for many clients with differing project deliverables standards.<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Demonstrate the ability to lead a team of surveying professionals.<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Demonstrate ability to independently manage and grow key client relationships.<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Possess the technical abilities required to lead and advise the surveying project team through project execution and delivery.&nbsp;</span></li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
