You will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver robust solutions, streamline processes, and enable automation that supports our ongoing digital transformation. Your responsibilities will include configuring and maintaining SaaS platforms, ensuring security and compliance, and driving continuous improvement in our application management practices.</span></p> data-contrast="auto"><span data-teams="true">Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in Tier 2 (L2) technical support within an enterprise environment&nbsp;</span></span></li> <li
