You will report directly to the Head of Product Management and partner closely with our engineering, pharmacy, clinical, and operations teams to build reliable, scalable fulfillment infrastructure across both Rx and non-Rx product lines.</span></p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Own the roadmap for Fulfillment &amp; Delivery, spanning prescription writing and approval workflows, order creation and combination logic, pharmacy and carrier integrations, and the tooling that powers Hone’s pharmacy technology and operations teams</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Own end-to-end medication delivery reliability, defining the metrics, building the visibility, and partnering across pharmacy operations, clinical operations, engineering, and finance to ensure every patient receives their medication on time, every time</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Partner with engineering to design, specify, and ship reliable integrations with DoseSpot, pharmacies, supplement vendors, and shipping carriers</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Define and track KPIs including first-fill and refill on-time delivery rates, time to first fill, order failure and error rates, and manual operational hours</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Identify and prioritize opportunities to automate manual fulfillment workflows</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Measure the success of launched features and develop data-driven solutions for improvement</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">4+ years of product management experience, ideally as a PM working closely with backend systems, third-party integrations, and operational teams</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong technical fluency - comfortable reading API docs, writing integration specs, and partnering closely with engineers on architecture decisions</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience shipping fulfillment, supply chain, pharmacy, or logistics products.
