<p><span data-contrast="none">The Master Integrated Scheduler is responsible for developing, integrating, and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) across complex defense and commercial programs. This role partners closely with Program Managers, Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Contracts to ensure schedule integrity, drive risk-informed decision-making, and support compliance with government and customer scheduling requirements. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in critical path methodology, strong technical understanding of technology driven programs, strong manufacturing understanding in a rapid prototyping and production environment, and schedule risk analysis within a mission-critical environment.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":300,"335559739":120}"> </span></p>

<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Develop, baseline, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for multiple concurrent programs using Microsoft Project, ensuring logical network integrity, critical path visibility and risk management planning.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":80,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Support the integration of cost and schedule data that feeds COGS, ETC and EAC reporting, including variance analysis.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":80,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Facilitate Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR), monthly Program Management Reviews (PMR), and internal schedule analysis and deconfliction reviews.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":80,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Partner with functional leads to translate the project scope and Statement of Work (SOW) into fully networked schedules.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":80,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Track and communicate critical path, near-critical path, and schedule margin to program leadership; escalate risks and recommend recovery or mitigation plans.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":80,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Support proposal development with basis-of-estimate schedules, rough-order-of-magnitude (ROM) durations, and What-If scenario modeling.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":80,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Maintain schedule data in compliance with company procedures, customer contract requirements (e.g., DFARS, CDRLs such as the Integrated Master Schedule/IMP.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":80,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Support internal and external audits.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":80,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Contribute to continuous improvement of scheduling standards, templates, and training across the Program Management Office.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":80,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="none">Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field (equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree).</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":80,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">12+ years of experience as a Master Scheduler, Program Scheduler, or Project Controls Analyst, ideally within aerospace, defense, or another regulated program environment.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":80,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Project, including resource loading, baselining, and schedule logic development.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":80,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Experience developing and maintaining WBS-aligned schedules tied to contractual SOW/CDRL requirements.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":80,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex schedule risk to technical and executive audiences.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":80,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">U.S. Citizenship required due to contract requirements; ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":80,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="none">Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and EVMS/ANSI-748 guidelines.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":80}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Understanding and experience with DCMA 14-Point Assessment including ability to identify and remediate constraints, dangling activities, negative float, and missing logic ties.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":80}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Ability to conduct Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA) and Monte Carlo simulations to quantify schedule confidence levels and inform critical decisions.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":80}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Certification such as PMI-SP (Scheduling Professional), PMP, or EVP (Earned Value Professional).</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":80}"> </span></li>
