<p><span data-contrast="auto">This is a foundational role responsible for building and scaling the sales operations function at PHM. As Director of Sales Operations/Enablement, you will partner closely with the VP of Sales to design the systems, processes, and enablement infrastructure that drive revenue growth and team effectiveness.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">You will own the operational backbone of the sales organization, enabling the VP of Sales to focus externally on customers, deals, and pipeline growth. <p><span data-contrast="auto">The target base salary for this position is $140,000 - $170,000 base salary with OTE of $168,000 - $204,000</span><span data-contrast="auto">.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">This base salary is only a part of a total compensation package that also includes: health/dental/vision benefits, </span><span data-contrast="auto">annual cash incentive program</span><span data-contrast="auto">, 401k with match, flexible PTO, PHM for PHM (our services for you and your dependents) and other benefits.
