This role will focus primarily on data visualization and reporting, working closely with stakeholders to transform data into actionable business insights.&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>Requirements:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, BI, or Data Analytics roles</li> <li>Strong hands-on experience with Power BI visualization and dashboard development</li> <li>Experience working with data from multiple sources and complex datasets</li> <li>Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or modern cloud-based data platforms</li> <li>Good understanding of data modeling and reporting best practices</li> <li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Bonus points:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Experience with SQL and data transformation tools</li> <li>Exposure to Azure data services or ETL pipelines</li> <li>Experience working in fast-paced or consulting environments</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports</li> <li>Create clear and effective data visualizations for business users</li> <li>Work with data coming from multiple sources integrated through Microsoft Fabric</li> <li>Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand reporting requirements</li> <li>Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across reports</li> <li>Support ongoing enhancements and optimization of existing dashboards</li> </ul> <p>By joining our team, you’ll be part of a winning squad that plays to each other’s strengths and celebrates every success together.
