This is a multifaceted role spanning operational support, governance coordination, vendor management, and data analysis — ideal for someone comfortable balancing multiple priorities and partnering with stakeholders across regions.<br>• Support day-to-day Poland technology operations across administrative, governance, and organizational processes, collaborating closely with global teams in the United States, EMEA, and APAC.<br>• Coordinate and manage operational activities related to vendors, contractors, and service providers, including invoicing and payment tracking, contract extensions and renewals, onboarding and offboarding processes, and supplier issue resolution.<br>• Partner with vendor management, finance, accounting, procurement, HR, and technology teams across multiple regions to ensure smooth operational delivery.<br>• Assist with governance and compliance-related activities, including local operational and tax-related programs.<br>• Maintain and improve operational reporting, dashboards, and data analysis to support management decision-making.<br>• Prepare presentations, operational summaries, and management updates for leadership stakeholders.<br>• Drive operational efficiency improvements and process standardization across the Poland technology organization.<br>• Support software and SaaS vendor coordination across various technology and business functions.<br>• Build strong working relationships with global stakeholders in a complex matrix environment.</p> <p><br><strong>WHAT’S REQUIRED</strong></p> <p><br>• Experience in operations, business support, vendor management, administration, project coordination, or analytical roles within a corporate or technology environment.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and execution quality.<br>• Excellent communication, documentation, and relationship-building skills.<br>• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data, reporting, and operational metrics.<br>• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Experience working in an international or matrix organization is strongly preferred.<br>• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.<br>• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.<br>• Experience with AI-powered productivity tools, Large Language Models, and modern developer-assistance platforms is considered a strong plus, including familiarity with tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT, and AI-enabled workflow and productivity platforms.<br>• Commitment to the highest ethical standards.</p> <p><br><strong>WE TAKE CARE OF OUR PEOPLE</strong></p> <p><br>We invest in our people, their careers, their health, and their well-being.
