In this role, you’ll lead the maintenance team, coordinate preventive maintenance, and help ensure the property remains well-maintained and compliant with budget and safety expectations.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee daily maintenance operations including work orders, inspections, preventive maintenance, and unit turnovers</li> <li>Supervise maintenance, janitorial, and grounds staff to ensure efficient, high-quality work</li> <li>Manage maintenance supplies, vendors, and equipment while adhering to budget guidelines</li> <li>Coordinate with the management team to ensure units are accurately tracked and move-in ready</li> <li>Participate in the on-call rotation and address after-hours emergencies as needed</li> <li>Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and purchase orders</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent education/experience</li> <li>3+ years of trade or general building maintenance experience</li> <li>Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and building systems</li> <li>Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills</li> <li>Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive compensation and a $2,500 sign-on bonus</li> <li>Health &amp; Wellness: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance</li> <li>Paid Leave: We provide paid time off plus holidays</li> <li>Retirement: We offer a 401k program with a company match</li> <li>From collaborative team building offsites to spontaneous office fun, we’ve created an environment where everyone feels valued, supported, and excited to come to work.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Work Schedule:&nbsp;</strong>Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
