About the Role

<h2>Role Overview</h2> <p>Marketwake is seeking a <strong>highly organized</strong>, <strong>proactive</strong>, and <strong>detail-oriented</strong> Office &amp; Executive Support Assistant to keep our workspace running smoothly and support day-to-day operational needs.</p> <p>This role is essential to maintaining a <strong>polished</strong>, <strong>welcoming</strong>, and <strong>high-functioning </strong>office environment, while also stepping in to assist with executive logistics and occasional personal errands. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes driver of a seamless office experience—ensuring our team, clients, and guests feel supported from the moment they walk in.</p> <p>This is a <strong>hands-on role</strong> for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment and takes pride in creating structure, efficiency, and elevated experiences.</p> <h2>&nbsp;</h2> <h2>What You’ll Do</h2> <h3>Office Operations &amp; Upkeep</h3> <ul> <li>Maintain a welcoming, polished environment that reflects Marketwake’s brand and culture</li> <li>Maintain cleanliness, organization, and functionality of key office areas, including:</li> <ul> <li>Kitchen, conference rooms, and Mother’s room</li> </ul> <li>Care for office plants</li> <li>Check, sort, and distribute incoming mail</li> <li>Coordinate and pick up print orders as needed</li> </ul> <h3>Office Experience &amp; Hospitality</h3> <ul> <li>Manage backstock of office supplies, snacks, and beverages</li> <li>Prepare the office for in-person client visits&nbsp;</li> <li>Upload and manage all visitors within Campus 244’s security system</li> <li>Anticipate team needs and proactively improve the office experience</li> </ul> <h3>Executive &amp; Team Support</h3> <ul> <li>Greet and coordinate office visitors and guests</li> <li>Support logistics for meetings, team gatherings, and client interactions</li> <li>Provide light administrative and logistical support to the team as needed</li> </ul> <h3>Event &amp; Office Reset Support</h3> <ul> <li>Assist with office setup and breakdown for events</li> <li>Reset and reorganize spaces following internal gatherings</li> <li>Ensure the office returns to a clean, organized, and functional state</li> </ul> <h3>Personal Errands &amp; Daily Support</h3> <ul> <li>Dry cleaning pick-up and drop-off</li> <li>Manage returns</li> <li>Grocery runs, food prep assistance, and meal system management</li> <li>Car maintenance coordination (gas, car washes, maintenance)</li> </ul> <h3>Home &amp; Lifestyle Management</h3> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain organizational systems throughout the home with clear documentation for ongoing use</li> <li>Manage and track household subscriptions</li> <li>Ensure household essentials are stocked and appliances are in working order</li> <li>Water plants and oversee routine home upkeep tasks</li> </ul> <h3>Travel &amp; Scheduling</h3> <ul> <li>Full travel management - flights, hotels, ground transportation, itineraries</li> <li>Appointment scheduling and calendar coordination</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2>Who You Are</h2> <ul> <li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail</li> <li>Proactive and able to anticipate needs before they arise</li> <li>Comfortable managing multiple small tasks simultaneously</li> <li>Friendly, professional, and service-oriented</li> <li>Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated</li> <li>Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment</li> <li>Takes pride in creating clean, elevated, and welcoming spaces</li> </ul> <h2>&nbsp;</h2> <h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Prior experience in office coordination, hospitality, or administrative support</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Ability to lift and move light office items when needed</li> <li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation</li> </ul>
