From designing intuitive interfaces in our CMS and CRM to scaling backend systems for real time ad delivery and A -driven optimizations, you’ll operate across the stack to bring ideas to life. You’ll be hands-on with data, APIs, UI components, and machine learning integrations, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to solve meaningful business problems through code. If you're passionate about performance, experimentation, and building high impact products in a fast paced environment, this role is for you. <h3 style="text-align: justify;">Responsibilities</h3> <ul style="text-align: justify;"> <li>Architect, develop, and maintain scalable and resilient backend systems powering our CMS, AdServer, CMS, CRM, and optimization pipelines.</li> <li>Build reusable UI components and responsive interfaces that allow marketers to manage, launch, and analyze campaigns with ease.</li> <li>Build high performance APIs and services that integrate with internal platforms and external ad ecosystems.</li> <li>Partner with the Account Managers and Operations team to productionize models that drive ad personalization, budget pacing, and bid optimization.</li> <li>Design and evolve real time and batch data pipelines that support campaign analytics, attribution, and experimentation at scale.</li> <li>Lead cross functional collaboration with product, design, and business teams to translate requirements into robust software solutions.</li> <li>Ensure system observability, operational excellence, and uptime across critical infrastructure components.</li> <li>Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.</li> <li>Drive technical planning and contribute to the evolution of our platform strategy and long-term architectural vision.</li> <li>Stay up to date with industry trends in advertising technology, distributed systems, and machine learning  and bring relevant innovations into the team.</li> <li>Take ownership of major initiatives and continuously identify opportunities to improve performance, scalability, and developer experience.</li> </ul> <h3 style="text-align: justify;">Basic Qualifications</h3> <ul style="text-align: justify;"> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.</li> <li>3+ years of professional experience building and maintaining production-grade software systems, including significant experience in full-stack development.</li> <li>Deep experience writing scalable backend services in Go, ideally within microservice-based architectures.</li> <li>Proficiency in TypeScript, with experience in frontend frameworks such as React or Angular, and building APIs or server-side logic with TypeScript (e.g., Node.js).</li> <li>Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs and working with distributed systems.</li> <li>Familiarity with cloud-native development using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, particularly BigQuery and Cloud Run.</li> <li>Understanding of software engineering fundamentals including system design, data structures, and algorithms.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail, debugging, and performance optimization skills across the stack.</li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, data, and design.</li> <li>A self-starter mindset with a passion for shipping features, solving real-world business problems, and continuously improving engineering practices.</li> </ul> <h3 style="text-align: justify;">Nice to Have / Bonus Qualifications</h3> <ul style="text-align: justify;"> <li>Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.</li> <li>Experience in the AdTech industry, especially with ad serving, real-time bidding systems, or content management platforms (CMS)</li> <li>Familiarity with Ads infrastructure standards</li> <li>Hands-on experience with data streaming technologies like Apache Kafka, Pub/Sub, or Kinesis.</li> <li>Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools like Terraform and container orchestration systems like Docker and Kubernetes.</li> <li>Exposure to non-relational databases (e.g., BigTable, DynamoDB) and caching systems such as Redis or Memcached.</li> <li>Prior work on cost optimization, performance tuning, or infrastructure efficiency at scale.</li> <li>Familiarity with AI/ML-powered ad optimizations, A/B testing frameworks, or campaign experimentation systems.</li> <li>Awareness of ads regulatory trends, user privacy regulations, and legal compliance within digital marketing ecosystems (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, TCPA).</li> </ul> Moxxi Values & Competencies  <ul> <li>Self-Starter – You take initiative and solve problems before they become problems. </li> <li>Curious & Analytical – You ask why, dig deep into data, and experiment to learn what works. </li> <li>Efficiency-Oriented – Fast, focused, and action-driven.  </li> <li>Relationship-Focused – You build trust and deliver value. </li> <li>Organized Multitasker – You thrive in fast-paced, high-velocity environments. </li> <li>Strategic Communicator – You translate performance into insight and insight into action. </li> </ul> Salary Range: $150,000 - $180,000 + equity  <div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range">$175,000—$225,000 USD</div></div></div>
