<h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>About the Team: </strong></span></h3>
<h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You will have the opportunity to help develop, and execute tasks that support growth, performance, and future objectives at a rapidly growing company.<strong> </strong>An ideal candidate is self-motivated, independent, has a sharp attention to detail and expert-level data analysis skills, and has a background in technical accounting. </span></h3>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Responsibilities Include:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Responsible for all aspects of technical accounting, from overseeing technical accounting research related to new and proposed standards to setting internal policies, documenting policies and ensuring compliance to US GAAP and other reporting standards</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Monitor and provide interpretation of new GAAP and SEC rules and regulations and their potential effect on the business, as well as establishing implementation plans</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate with internal teams to ensure completeness of accounting assessment and ensuring compliance to US GAAP, and internal policies</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;"> Work directly with external auditors on technical accounting questions, documentation and our application of policy</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop, implement, and maintain effective internal controls and processes to ensure the accuracy of financial reporting, integrity of corporate data, and best practices</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Create and manage documentation of processes and policies across financial and operating cycles</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist with gathering information and documentation necessary for annual audits and other regulatory filings</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist with the implementation of new accounting systems to better our financial and operating controls, including management of an ongoing project to implement a billing, customer deposit and revenue recognition system.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Responsible for external financial reporting, including footnote disclosures both as a private company and potentially as an SEC registrant</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist with ad-hoc assignments and special projects</span></li>
</ul>
<h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Skills / Experience You Have:</strong></span></h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">CPA certification</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Public accounting background with experience at Big 4 or national accounting firm </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">7+ years of relevant experience</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong technical accounting background and understanding of US GAAP </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Financial statement preparation and management reporting </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excel & Google Sheet skills</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong attention to details and ability to communicate complex information, clearly and concisely</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Highly organized, detailed thinker, with exceptional problem solving, investigative and project management skills; able to manage multiple competing priorities independently</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Highly analytical, resourceful, flexible, team oriented, and organized individual with a proven track record of end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast paced, dynamic business environment</span></li>
</ul>
<h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Skills / Experience Preferred:</strong></span></h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with accounting software programs such as Stripe, Salesforce, and Netsuite </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience adopting generative AI in all aspects of the accounting system</span></li>
