Company joint funding of dental and vision insurance, life and disability plans to full-time employees, 401k match, gym membership reimbursement, and use of company condominiums.</span></strong></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style=" line-height: normal;"><strong><span style="font-size: 18.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: maroon;">What You Will Do</span></strong></p> <ul> <li>Develops BIM Models in accordance with client’s requirements and standards along with Caddell’s internal needs.</li> <li>Provides support to project teams utilizing all related software and revises models as needed.</li> <li>Provides support to project teams utilizing Clash Coordination and facilitates the Navisworks model for the coordination of major subcontractor’s layout models.</li> <li>Ensures completeness and correctness of project BIM model while reviewing for compliance with project specifications and contract requirements.</li> <li>Provides support to project team requiring site utilization planning.</li> <li>Provides support for project specific BIM implementation plans.</li> <li>Pursues ongoing online training for BIM tools.</li> <li>Assists in general BIM education of Caddell staff.</li> <li>Responsible for the maintenance of BIM related hardware and software.</li> <li>Remains current with state-of-the-art BIM technologies.</li> <li><strong>Working Conditions</strong>– Office setting, travel required, full time.</li> <li><strong>Reporting Structure –&nbsp;</strong>Construction Executive – Mission Critical</li> </ul> <p class="MsoNormal" style=" line-height: normal;"><strong><span style="font-size: 18.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: maroon;">What We Expect</span></strong></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style=" line-height: normal;"><strong><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial Black',sans-serif; color: #2f5496; ">Accountability is part of The Caddell Way and our employees share in a strong work ethic and positive team environment.&nbsp; There is a true sense of purpose and teamwork.&nbsp;</span></strong></p> <p><strong>Education / Experience –</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Structural or MEP Engineering, or&nbsp;Construction Management</li> <li>Five years’ related experience required.</li> <li>Proficiency in model review, clash detection process, clash report production and 3D coordination software (Autodesk Navisworks or similar)</li> <li>Proficiency in BIM and CAD software (Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, or similar)</li> </ul> <p>Familiarity with CPM scheduling software BIM-relate coursework required. Must aggressively pursue Company-sponsored training and continuing education.&nbsp; Strong written and verbal communication skills.&nbsp; Excellent organizational skills. Strong computer skills.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities –&nbsp;</strong>Strong written and verbal communication skills. Requires excellent technical and time management skills. Strong client relations skills are a must. Ability to coordinate and conduct ongoing BIM coordination meetings with staff, subcontractors, and owner’s reps is a must.
