About the Role

<p data-start="31" data-end="342">Pay: $70,000-$99,800</p> <p data-start="31" data-end="342"><em data-start="487" data-end="544">(Total annual compensation, including bonus incentives)</em></p> <p>Healing Haven is a state of the art behavioral clinic for children with autism and their families. We believe in treating the family as a whole, and as such siblings and parents are often incorporated into our therapy. Our one-of-a-kind campus in Madison Heights includes four different clinics each designed to serve the specific needs of children and young adults through every stage of life. Our unique services include a 3-month parent training program, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and day-time center based services for children between the ages of 2 to young adults. Creativity</strong> – Opportunities to contribute ideas, develop programming, and help shape OT services within a growing organization.</p> <p data-start="1916" data-end="2052"><strong data-start="1916" data-end="1952">Collaborative Treatment Planning</strong> – Consistent interdisciplinary communication to support continuity of care and meaningful outcomes.</p> <hr data-start="2054" data-end="2057"> <h1 data-section-id="1m8hri5" data-start="2059" data-end="2075">What You’ll Do</h1> <ul data-start="2077" data-end="2740"> <li data-section-id="g8zgj0" data-start="2077" data-end="2167">Conduct occupational therapy assessments for program placement and progress monitoring</li> <li data-section-id="1let7mz" data-start="2168" data-end="2245">Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans</li> <li data-section-id="lrb7p6" data-start="2246" data-end="2320">Utilize ongoing data analysis to modify treatment strategies as needed</li> <li data-section-id="a92rux" data-start="2321" data-end="2370">Supervise and support therapeutic programming</li> <li data-section-id="uso4z0" data-start="2371" data-end="2462">Facilitate parent meetings and parent training to promote carryover across environments</li> <li data-section-id="mh4b1u" data-start="2463" data-end="2549">Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and quality of care</li> <li data-section-id="1de7xbs" data-start="2550" data-end="2638">Complete documentation, reports, and authorization-related communication with payors</li> <li data-section-id="jmmh1t" data-start="2639" data-end="2740">Stay current with research and emerging methodologies in occupational therapy and autism services</li> </ul> <hr data-start="2742" data-end="2745"> <h1 data-section-id="12nu1hm" data-start="2747" data-end="2761">Requirements</h1> <ul data-start="2763" data-end="3348"> <li data-section-id="108px6c" data-start="2763" data-end="2806">Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy</li> <li data-section-id="1m024t3" data-start="2807" data-end="2875">Current and unrestricted Michigan Occupational Therapist license</li> <li data-section-id="phzdwn" data-start="2951" data-end="3024">Knowledge of autism and behavior analysis preferred, but not required</li> <li data-section-id="ux1fvz" data-start="3025" data-end="3086">Ability to maintain a clinical caseload of billable hours</li> <li data-section-id="kinctd" data-start="3087" data-end="3152">Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills</li> <li data-section-id="54hezv" data-start="3153" data-end="3202">Positive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset</li> <li data-section-id="77t5m5" data-start="3203" data-end="3271">Leadership or supervisory experience preferred, but not required</li> <li data-section-id="1402l1g" data-start="3272" data-end="3348">Credentialing with major insurance providers preferred, but not required</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
