Done:</strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="none">5-8 years of User Research Experience, with experience in a lead role for a large product area </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Bachelor's degree in human-computer interaction, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Proven experience designing and executing research using a variety of methods (e.g., usability testing, interviews, contextual inquiry, surveys, diary studies).</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Deep understanding of the strengths, limitations, and appropriate applications of different research methodologies throughout the product development lifecycle.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Exceptional communication and storytelling skills,
