These sentiments capture why we choose Riskified every day.    <h2>About the Role</h2> Riskified is hiring a Partnerships Manager to own and grow our partner ecosystem across EMEA. Payment orchestration platforms, PSPs, and gateways are a key route to market for us, and this role is the commercial owner of that channel - from identifying and signing new partners, through activation and enablement, to the revenue those partnerships deliver. This is a revenue role, not a networking role. You'll build a portfolio of partners, drive joint go-to-market with them, and be measured on the pipeline and revenue they generate. <h2>What You'll Be Doing</h2> <ul> <li>Build and execute a partner acquisition plan across payment orchestration platforms, PSPs, and gateways in EMEA - identify, qualify, and sign partners with real referral potential</li> <li>Own the relationship: joint business plans, regular business reviews, and enablement that keeps Riskified top of mind in partner deal flow</li> <li>Carry a quota on partner-sourced revenue - convert relationships into qualified leads and closed deals, working jointly with regional AEs </li> <li>Maintain an accurate partner pipeline in Salesforce with full forecasting discipline</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>5+ years in partnerships, channel, or direct sales within payments, fraud prevention, or ecommerce technology</li> <li>Experience in payments and/or fraud prevention - a strong advantage</li> <li>A track record of carrying and hitting a revenue quota - this role is about generating revenue, not just managing logos</li> <li>A strong network across orchestration platforms, PSPs, or gateways in EMEA </li> <li>Commercial sharpness: structuring partner agreements, modeling revenue-share economics, negotiating terms</li> <li>Comfort working cross-functionally with AEs, BDs, Product, and Legal</li> <li>A builder's mindset - you'll be turning the existing partner motion into a scaled revenue channel</li> <li>Fluent English; additional European languages a plus</li> </ul> <h2>Why join</h2> You'll own one of the clearest growth levers in the region, with direct executive sponsorship and the mandate - and comp plan - to build it as a revenue channel from day one. <h2>Life at Riskified</h2> We are a fast-growing and dynamic tech company with 750+ team members globally.
