<p>We are seeking a <strong>Senior Mechanical Engineer</strong> to design, develop, and refine mechanical systems and components for cutting-edge robotic products. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create reliable and high-performance robotic solutions. This role offers an opportunity to push the boundaries of robotics technology while working on projects with real-world applications.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Design and develop mechanical systems for AI robots.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical, electrical, and software components.</li>
<li>Conduct feasibility studies and simulations to evaluate designs.</li>
<li>Create engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation for manufacturing.</li>
<li>Work closely with vendors to design and develop various modules.</li>
<li>Perform prototype fabrication, testing, and validation to meet performance, reliability, and safety standards.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Master’s degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or related field.</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in robotics or automation.</li>
<li>Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).</li>
<li>Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical systems.</li>
<li>Experience with FEA and other simulation tools.</li>
<li>Proven track record of leading projects from concept to production.</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.</li>
<li><strong>Requires 5 days/week in-office collaboration with the teams.</strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Bonus Qualifications </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with robotics, mechatronics, or automation.</li>
<li>Familiarity with actuators, sensors, and control systems.</li>
<li>Rapid prototyping techniques.</li>
<li>Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards in robotics.</li>
