We ship thousands of orders every day for more than 1,500 ecommerce brands, and the supervisors who lead our floors are the reason it works. This is not a maintenance role. We are still building how we operate, and we want leaders who want to build with us. <h2 data-section-id="1p2axny" data-start="872" data-end="901">Why this role is different</h2> At large 3PLs, the process often already exists. You'll report to a Warehouse Manager and work alongside other operations leaders to keep the building running well. This is a floor-level leadership role, and your team will know very quickly whether you're invested in them. <h2 data-section-id="1iserfq" data-start="1870" data-end="1906">What your day actually looks like</h2> <ul data-start="1908" data-end="2771"> <li data-section-id="8w4zfv" data-start="1908" data-end="2028">Start the shift with a team huddle, setting priorities and making sure everyone knows what a successful day looks like</li> <li data-section-id="105pmns" data-start="2029" data-end="2096">Lead, coach, and develop approximately 25–30 warehouse associates</li> <li data-section-id="2glsem" data-start="2097" data-end="2176">Monitor KPIs in real time and adjust before a small problem becomes a big one</li> <li data-section-id="1b5izn4" data-start="2177" data-end="2262">Manage labor allocation, throughput, productivity, accuracy, attendance, and safety</li> <li data-section-id="1ex9kkq" data-start="2263" data-end="2353">Coach associates directly on the floor, catching issues early and helping people improve</li> <li data-section-id="uh2xqo" data-start="2354" data-end="2419">Adjust labor and priorities as volume and business needs change</li> <li data-section-id="1phnhys" data-start="2420" data-end="2491">Work across departments when an operational handoff or process breaks</li> <li data-section-id="k6ksen" data-start="2492" data-end="2572">Use operational data to identify root causes and opportunities for improvement</li> <li data-section-id="18bsarc" data-start="2573" data-end="2635">Onboard new associates and help them reach full productivity</li> <li data-section-id="1w62f78" data-start="2636" data-end="2692">Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment</li> <li data-section-id="98922n" data-start="2693" data-end="2771">Communicate results, risks, and priorities clearly to your manager and peers</li> </ul> <h2 data-section-id="164ko59" data-start="2773" data-end="2791">What you'll own</h2> <ul data-start="2793" data-end="3222"> <li data-section-id="1kyhoys" data-start="2793" data-end="2897">A team of approximately 25–30 associates and their performance, development, and day-to-day experience</li> <li data-section-id="c510y1" data-start="2898" data-end="2981">Department KPIs including throughput, accuracy, productivity, quality, and safety</li> <li data-section-id="1ljoj16" data-start="2982" data-end="3047">Labor allocation and execution against the daily operating plan</li> <li data-section-id="163wocb" data-start="3048" data-end="3092">Process improvement within your department</li> <li data-section-id="1xwgbgc" data-start="3093" data-end="3130">Inventory accuracy within your area</li> <li data-section-id="a082jl" data-start="3131" data-end="3176">Equipment, sanitation, and safety standards</li> <li data-section-id="p6240o" data-start="3177" data-end="3222">Clear communication across teams and shifts</li> </ul> <h2 data-section-id="14lrw9t" data-start="3224" data-end="3243">What you'll need</h2> Required <ul data-start="3259" data-end="3817"> <li data-section-id="18utm7m" data-start="3259" data-end="3412">2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in warehouse operations, distribution, fulfillment, manufacturing, logistics, or a related environment</li> <li data-section-id="8pvtfu" data-start="3413" data-end="3498">Experience leading teams and holding people accountable to performance expectations</li> <li data-section-id="1vaakqj" data-start="3499" data-end="3597">Comfort working with operational data and using metrics to identify problems and improve results</li> <li data-section-id="h32lop" data-start="3598" data-end="3662">Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills</li> <li data-section-id="13uey08" data-start="3663" data-end="3738">Ability to work on your feet for most of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs.</li> <li data-section-id="jol4f1" data-start="3739" data-end="3817">Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime based on business needs</li> </ul> Nice to have <ul data-start="3837" data-end="4090"> <li data-section-id="1k13yzn" data-start="3837" data-end="3896">Experience with warehouse management or inventory systems</li> <li data-section-id="13ah3oz" data-start="3897" data-end="4001">Degree or coursework in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field</li> <li data-section-id="1jpliw5" data-start="4002" data-end="4090">Experience with Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or other continuous-improvement methodologies</li> </ul> <h2 data-section-id="1jsdyk3" data-start="4092" data-end="4118">What success looks like</h2> In your first 30 days: You know your team by name, understand your department's current numbers, and have identified at least one opportunity to improve. In 90 days: Your team understands what good looks like, your KPIs are moving in the right direction, and you've started making improvements that stick.
