Under limited supervision, this position will primarily be responsible for performing the physical tasks involved with processing of orders, product shipping and distribution of materials, supplies, and equipment.&nbsp;</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>What You Will Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Handle and store product in distribution environment</li> <li>Adhere to BCC issued compliance regulations&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensure outbound product receipt meets quality control standards</li> <li>Confirm order shipments in WMS</li> <li>Submit completed orders to Distribution Admin for manifesting</li> <li>Support Fleet Drivers with loading outbound orders</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>What We Are Looking For</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Minimum 2 years of distribution experience</li> <li>Willingness to learn about Connected products and understand the industry</li> <li>Knowledge of software applications that allow for effective customer support, generation of reports and internal presentations</li> <li>Ability to identify and document problems related to the product, process, or quality and recommend solutions&nbsp;</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Self sufficient, is able to work with limited or no direction; can take initiative and provide the team with direction</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to adapt in a fast paced environment, maintain composure in high stress situations and prioritize deadlines</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>Compensation</strong></h3> <p>The hourly pay rate for this position in the selected city is: $18.00.
