HighRadius has been consistently recognized as a <a href="https://www.highradius.com/resources/analyst-reports/">market leader</a> by Gartner, IDC, and Forrester.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads).</li> <li>Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.</li> <li>Manage campaign structures, bidding strategies, ad copy testing, and budget allocation.</li> <li>Monitor key performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, CPA, ROAS, and Impression Share.</li> <li>Analyze search term reports and implement positive and negative keyword strategies.</li> <li>Develop and execute A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and bidding approaches.</li> <li>Collaborate with content, design, SEO, and marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness.</li> <li>Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.</li> <li>Learn, track, and troubleshoot conversion tracking using tools such as Google Analytics 4 and platform conversion tracking.</li> <li>Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid search.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.</li> <li>3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns.</li> <li>Strong expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, keyword research, and bid management(Applicable only if the person is from Digital Marketing)</li> <li>Experience with Google Analytics and reporting tools.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.</li> <li>Ability to interpret performance data and translate findings into optimization actions.</li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with Marketing Communications, Ad Copy, Content, and Landing Page design&nbsp;</li> <li>Familiarity with attribution models and conversion tracking.</li> <li>Experience with CRM integrations and lead management platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.</li> <li>Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications(Applicable only if the person is from Digital Marketing)</li> <li>Experience in B2B SaaS, FinTech, or Enterprise Marketing environments.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
