<p><span data-contrast="auto">The Principal CGI Artist - Stills strengthens and elevates premium visual output across the CGI function, with primary responsibility for reinforcing still-image craft standards as production scale and complexity increase.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">Reporting directly to the Head of CGI, this role forms part of the CGI senior leadership team and plays a defined role in maintaining visual consistency, realism and quality across OEM and future client ecosystems.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">This is a hands-on senior practitioner role centred on realism, precision and consistency. While primarily focused on still-image production, the role may also contribute across motion and hybrid outputs where senior craft input enhances visual continuity and overall quality.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p>

<p><span data-contrast="auto">The purpose of the role is to protect creative altitude, ensuring output remains at a consistently high visual and creative standard, support delivery headspace and ensure premium visual standards remain consistent as production demands grow.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p>

<li>Produce premium still imagery across product visualisation, campaign assets and marketing output. </li>
<li>Where appropriate, contribute to motion and hybrid outputs to maintain visual consistency across disciplines. </li>

<li>Stills Craft Standards
<ul>
<li>Act as a visible benchmark for still-image quality, reinforcing standards in:
<ul>
<li>Lighting realism </li>
<li>Material and shader fidelity </li>
<li>Surface detailing </li>
<li>Environmental integration </li>
<li>Composition and photographic authenticity </li>
<li>Ensure visual output maintains strict adherence to OEM brand, product accuracy and visual guidelines. </li>

<li>Structured Craft Review
<ul>
<li>Provide objective craft input at defined review milestones, strengthening visual standards while maintaining clear project delivery ownership with assigned project leads. </li>

<li> Creative Alignment
<ul>
<li>Work closely with the CGI Creative Lead to ensure still output supports broader creative direction, cinematics and look development intent. </li>
<li>Digital Twin Feedback Contribution </li>
<li>Provide structured insight from live production into Digital Twin and asset development, identifying opportunities to refine materials, geometry, shaders and workflow integration, while respecting defined governance and ownership. </li>

<li>Workflow & Scalability
<ul>
<li>Contribute to the evolution of scalable still-production methodologies that enhance consistency, efficiency and cross-project alignment. </li>
</ul>

<li>Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration

<li>Operate as a trusted senior peer within the CGI senior leadership team, contributing complementary expertise alongside discipline and capability leads across creative integration, animation, Digital Twin, AI, pipeline architecture and production. </li>

<li>The role operates within a hybrid production environment combining established CGI workflows (including 3ds Max, V-Ray, Nuke and Adobe Creative Suite), real-time technologies such as Unreal Engine, and emerging AI and generative capabilities. </li>
