Regulatory Expertise</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Oversee and maintain affordable housing compliance for assigned affordable housing property.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Serve as a subject matter expert on affordable housing regulations, including LIHTC, Project‑Based Section 8, Tax‑Exempt Bonds, and HOME.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Monitor regulatory and policy changes and ensure timely implementation of compliance requirements.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Application Processing &amp; File Management</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Guide potential residents through the additional qualifications and verification necessary for the affordable housing leasing process with confidence and care, making it a stress-free, and enjoyable journey that reinforces our brand promise of better living.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Stay organized and disciplined to ensure timely follow-up and consistent engagement.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Rent, Income, &amp; Program Administration</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Establish and maintain compliant rents, income limits, and utility allowances.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure accurate, complete, and timely compliance reporting by maintaining reliable tenant, rent, and eligibility data used for internal tracking, agency submissions, and stakeholder reporting.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">File Review &amp; Audit Readiness</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Conduct file reviews to confirm eligibility, documentation accuracy, and ongoing regulatory compliance.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Prepare for and respond to agency file and physical audits, including follow‑up documentation and corrective actions.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Partnerships &amp; Training</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Partner with property management teams to identify compliance risks and implement adjustments.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintain effective working relationships with housing agencies, contract administrators, investors, and syndicators.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Provide guidance and training to onsite associates on affordable housing compliance requirements as needed.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Professionalism &amp; Brand Alignment</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintain integrity, accountability, and reliability in all aspects of performance.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintain a polished, approachable presence that reflects our premium brand standards in every interaction.</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in affordable housing compliance.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated experience with LIHTC compliance;
