The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and the problem-solving skills necessary to provide effective support and maintenance.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide comprehensive support, repair, and assistance to retail locations regarding POS software and hardware issues.</li> <li>Repair and maintain equipment, including Point of Sale terminals, scanners/scales, printers, drawers, monitors, keyboards, and computers, along with their relevant software.&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist in the setup and installation of new hardware and POS-related software.</li> <li>Perform troubleshooting on core system remote devices.</li> <li>Engage in various computer-related break-fix repairs as needed.</li> <li>Effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently while maintaining strong communication with store staff.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience and knowledge in replacing, configuring, and setting up new hardware and software.</li> <li>Strong understanding of POS hardware (including all peripherals)</li> <li>Proficient in electronic troubleshooting at the board level, with capabilities to repair terminals, computers, and peripherals at the component level.</li> <li>Proficient in networking.</li> </ul> <p><strong>You need to have your own equipment that you can use (Windows device), including dual monitors and a strong wired internet connection.</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>If you are a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Must be able to work at a rate of $16.00 per hour.</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
