About the Role

<p>Research Associate – Guidepoint Insights&nbsp;</p> <p>Location: Gurugram (Delhi NCR) – In-office<br>Shift: US Hours (approx. 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM IST)</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>Guidepoint is launching a centralized Centre for Expert Acquisition (CEA) team to build and scale expert coverage across priority sectors, particularly within Private Markets.</p> <p>This team will operate differently from traditional recruiting. Instead of reacting to individual client requests, the CEA team builds proactive, programmatic pipelines — mapping markets, identifying priority companies and personas, and continuously recruiting high-value experts aligned to Guidepoint’s long-term strategy.</p> <p>This is a high-execution, outbound role with significant time spent on phone-based outreach and engagement with senior industry professionals.</p> <p>The role is fully in-office during US hours and is part of a new, high-visibility team being built from the ground up.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>What You’ll Do</p> <p>As a Research Associate (Strategic Recruiting), you will play a key role in expanding Guidepoint’s expert network in targeted industries and functions.</p> <ul> <li>Identify and recruit senior industry professionals (executives, operators, customers, investors, subject matter experts) aligned to priority sectors</li> <li>Execute high-volume outbound outreach daily via phone, LinkedIn, and email</li> <li>Engage and communicate with senior professionals, clearly articulating Guidepoint’s value proposition</li> <li>Screen and qualify experts for relevance, depth of experience, and suitability</li> <li>Build and maintain accurate profiles in Guidepoint’s CRM systems</li> <li>Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand sector priorities and coverage gaps</li> <li>Meet and exceed weekly and monthly recruiting KPIs in a performance-driven environment</li> <li>Continuously refine outreach strategies based on response rates and conversion trends</li> <li>Support onboarding and early activation of newly recruited experts</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>What You Have</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree or higher with strong academic performance</li> <li>0–2 years of experience in recruitment, B2B sales, inside sales, business development, lead generation, or similar roles</li> <li>Comfort with cold calling and outbound outreach as a core daily activity</li> <li>Strong written and verbal English communication skills</li> <li>Willingness and ability to work a fixed US-hours night shift from office (mandatory)</li> <li>Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li> <li>Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn about new industries</li> <li>Ability to work independently while collaborating closely within a team</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Who Thrives in This Role</p> <ul> <li>Individuals who enjoy fast-paced, target-driven environments</li> <li>People comfortable speaking with senior professionals daily</li> <li>Self-starters who take ownership and operate with high accountability</li> <li>Candidates motivated by performance, growth, and building something from scratch</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>What Makes This Role Unique</p> <ul> <li>Direct exposure to senior executives, investors, and industry leaders globally</li> <li>Opportunity to help build a new, centralized recruiting engine from the ground up</li> <li>High visibility within Guidepoint’s global research and operations leadership</li> <li>Clear, KPI-driven performance structure with measurable impact</li> <li>Strong career progression into recruiting, strategic sourcing, and research roles</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>What We Offer</p> <ul> <li>Competitive base compensation with performance-linked incentives</li> <li>Comprehensive medical coverage</li> <li>Structured training and onboarding</li> <li>Collaborative, high-energy team environment</li> <li>Fast-paced, merit-driven growth opportunities</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>About Guidepoint</p> <p>Guidepoint is a leading research enablement platform designed to advance understanding and empower our clients’ decision-making process.
