<p></p> <p><strong>Supply Chain Manager – Norway</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Location:</strong> Nussir Project Site (Kvalsund), &nbsp;Hammerfest, Troms og Finnmark, Norway (Hybrid)</p> <p><strong>Type:&nbsp;</strong>Hybrid from home office with frequent travel to Nussir</p> <p><strong>Duration:</strong>&nbsp; Full-time</p> <p><strong>Reports to:</strong> Director Supply Chain</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p> <p>We are hiring a Supply Chain Manager – Norway to lead and build the supply chain function for a growing portfolio of Norwegian mining projects, including Nussir and NSG, with potential for future additional projects.</p> <p>Reporting to the Director Supply Chain, this is a hands‑on leadership role in a project development and construction environment. The successful candidate will be deeply involved in execution during the early phases, while also building a scalable Norwegian supply chain organization, systems, and processes in close cooperation with the Director Supply Chain.</p> <p>The Supply Chain Manager will have one report, a Supply Chain Specialist; there is potential to further develop the team.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead end‑to‑end supply chain execution for Norway projects from development through construction</li> <li>Personally drive critical procurement, logistics, and materials activities in the start‑up phase</li> <li>Oversee procurement strategies, supplier selection, negotiations, contract execution, and risk management</li> <li>Manage logistics, expediting, inspection, and delivery of equipment and materials to multi‑state project sites</li> <li>Establish materials management and warehousing concepts for the projects</li> <li>Build, lead, and develop the Norway supply chain team (contracts, purchasing, logistics, materials management)</li> <li>Support SAP implementation and establish standard processes, KPIs, and reporting</li> <li>Act as the primary supply chain interface toward projects, EPC / PMC contractors, and internal stakeholders</li> <li>Further develop, execute and be our main resource within purchasing</li> <li>Support our contract management, expediting, warehouse/logistics and SAP responsibilities/processes.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Experience &amp; Qualifications</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or similar</li> <li>Minimum 10 years’ experience in supply chain roles within mining, heavy industry, energy, or capital projects</li> <li>Strong exposure to project development and construction</li> <li>Proven hands‑on experience in procurement, contracts, logistics, and materials management</li> <li>Experience working with contractors, including EPC / PMC contractors</li> <li>Knowledge of the Norway supplier market and regulatory environment</li> <li>ERP experience required; SAP strongly preferred.</li> </ul> <p><strong><br>Profile</strong></p> <ul> <li>Highly operational, pragmatic, and execution‑focused</li> <li>Comfortable building organizations and processes from the ground up</li> <li>Strong commercial and negotiation skills</li> <li>Effective leader and communicator across functions and cultures</li> <li>Able to manage multiple projects in parallel in a fast‑paced environment</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why Join</strong></p> <ul> <li>Key leadership role with direct impact on major US project developments</li> <li>Opportunity to shape and scale the Norway supply chain organization</li> <li>Close collaboration with senior leadership</li> <li>Possible long‑term career growth in a growing project portfolio.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Pay Range and Compensation Package</strong></p> <p>Compensation and benefits details will be discussed during the interview process.</p> <p><strong>Equal Opportunity Statement</strong></p> <p>We are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices and encourage applications from all qualified individuals.</p>
