From leasing and resident relations to financial tasks like rent&nbsp; collection and renewals, you help keep everything running smoothly. Partnering closely&nbsp; with the Community Manager, you’ll lead by example, resolve resident concerns, and&nbsp; ensure both the team and community feel supported and empowered to thrive!&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Assistant Community Manager| Education, Experience, and License Qualifications</span> </strong></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Education:</span>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>High School or GED equivalent&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Experience:</span><strong> </strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Two years of property management experience is preferred&nbsp;</li> <li>Six months previous assistant community manager experience is preferred&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Licenses &amp; Certifications:</span>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Valid Driver's License&nbsp;</li> <li>A Certified Apartment Leasing Professional Accreditation (CALP) is a plus</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Assistant Community Manager | Job Functions</span>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Leasing &amp; Occupancy&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support leasing efforts by conducting tours, responding to leads, and guiding&nbsp; prospects through the leasing process&nbsp;</li> <li>Identify prospect needs, showcase available homes, and invite them to join the&nbsp; community&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensure lease applications, renewals, and related documents are completed&nbsp; accurately and on time&nbsp;</li> <li>Meet occupancy goals through strong leasing performance and resident retention • Create and manage content for the community’s social media platforms,&nbsp; highlighting resident events and promoting engagement&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain a clean, welcoming environment by ensuring the office, amenities, and&nbsp; common areas are immaculately presented&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Financial &amp; Administrative&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee rent collection, check scanning, and payment posting to ensure timely and&nbsp; accurate processing&nbsp;</li> <li>Monitor delinquencies, make weekly follow-up calls, and coordinate eviction&nbsp; procedures as needed&nbsp;</li> <li>Conduct regular ledger reviews to verify billing, payment applications, and account&nbsp; accuracy&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist with financial reporting and documentation for Community Manager and&nbsp; regional leadership&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Leadership &amp; Team Support&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Step into a leadership role in the absence of the Community Manager, maintaining&nbsp; continuity and team momentum&nbsp;</li> <li>Support a positive and productive work environment through clear communication&nbsp; and goal-setting&nbsp;</li> <li>Help prioritize daily tasks to ensure smooth operations and exceptional resident&nbsp; service&nbsp;</li> <li>Respond to resident concerns and deescalate issues with professionalism,&nbsp; empathy, and follow-through&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">What Makes Someone SOAR in This Role?</span>&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Positive Attitude: </strong>Enthusiastic, passionate, and driven within their day-to-day&nbsp; operations.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Financial Understanding: </strong>Ability to interpret financial reports and make informed&nbsp; decisions while considering budget constraints.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Conflict Resolution: </strong>Resolve residential conflicts and disputes with confidence&nbsp; and professionalism, ensuring that every situation is handled effectively.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>People Service &amp; Customer-Focused: </strong>Daily commitment to providing excellent&nbsp; service by embracing our Live It culture of kindness, community and connection.</li> <li><strong>Problem-solving:&nbsp;</strong>The skill to pinpoint crucial challenges and deliver impactful,&nbsp; efficient solutions that drive results.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Work Schedule</span>:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Office Hours:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Our leasing office is open Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, and Saturdays, 10:00 AM–4:00&nbsp; PM.
