<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <p>As a leader of our accounting team, you’ll play a critical role in high-impact work.</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a financial expert for company leaders on topics ranging from transportation costs to R&amp;D investment</li> <li>Lead the accounting team through full business cycles, such as month-end close, budget and forecast updates, or the annual audit.</li> <li>Own cash reconciliation and reporting, including daily balancing, long-term forecasts, and weekly and monthly reporting.</li> <li>Prepare and review high-level financial statements and reports</li> <li>Create clear, actionable reports that inform decision-making</li> <li>Provide mentorship and guidance to Accounting teammates</li> <li>Shape the future of finance in a modernizing industrial supply business</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p> <p>We are seeking bright, curious, and ambitious individuals eager to make an impact.
