This is a hybrid position for those living within a commutable distance to our Cork, Ireland office, or fully remote for those living outside a commutable distance. About the Role At Keeper, the Inside Sales Account Representatives are responsible for driving new business within an assigned geography or vertical. This is a quota carrying and revenue generating position that reports to our Manager of Inside Sales. This role involves complex selling within a sales cycle period. You will gain a deep understanding of our frontline sales strategies while creating a vision that inspires customers to utilise Keeper as a trusted resource. Responsibilities <ul> <li>Thrive in a supportive but independent workplace with the opportunity to grow as our organisation grows</li> <li>Target new customers through cold outreach and lead generation campaigns via phone calls and emails</li> <li>Manage full sales cycle</li> <li>Balance scheduling sales meetings with new clients on a weekly basis</li> <li>Ensure all customers are on an active Keeper contract</li> <li>Build and create a constant pipeline of prospect customers to scope</li> <li>Act as a subject matter expert on all Keeper products, staying knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes, updates, and new products</li> <li>Participate in cold call/role play activities and shadow cold calls with colleagues</li> <li>Develop relationships with prospect customer contacts</li> <li>Utilise additional sales resources to target and identify new business targets</li> <li>Leverage Salesforce.com database to accurately reflect pipeline and account activity</li> <li>Facilitate the proposal review process for new business opportunities</li> </ul> Requirements <ul> <li>2+ years of software sales experience</li> <li>An accomplished track record of selling software into IT organisations</li> <li>Salesforce experience</li> <li>Web-conference demo experience</li> <li>A track record of exceeding sales quotas</li> <li>A positive mindset, team-oriented, results driven, and organised</li> <li>Deadline and detail oriented</li> <li>Experience managing full sales cycle</li> </ul> Preferred <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree</li> <li>Cybersecurity experience</li> <li>Experience or knowledge of the Information Security industry is highly desired</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving skills</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Google Suite programs</li> <li>Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management tool is preferred, expertise with Salesforce.com is highly desired</li> </ul> Benefits <ul> <li>Onsite lunches</li> <li>Private healthcare (no wait period)</li> <li>Pension contribution (no wait period)</li> <li>Sick Pay</li> <li>Bike-to-Work Scheme (if local)</li> </ul> Keeper is an equal opportunity employer.
