The Mid-Market Account Executive will drive revenue for the business by understanding the client's needs and offering recommended action. Come be a part of our evolving success story!</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do here:</strong></p> <h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Full Cycle Sales Execution</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Manage a high volume of Mid-Market opportunities with 1-3 months sales cycles and multiple stakeholders</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead consultative sales conversations with founders, operators, regional managers, and ownership group</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Deliver tailored product demonstrations and business recommendations based on customer goals and operational needs</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Drive urgency and momentum throughout the sales process while maintaining a strong customer experience</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Conduct pricing and contract negotiations confidently and professionally</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Close new business consistently against monthly and quarterly targets</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Pipeline Generation &amp; Management</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, strategic follow-up, referrals, in-market travel, and partnership channels</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Partner closely with SDRs to develop account strategies and multi-threaded outreach plans</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Identify expansion opportunities within emerging multi-location operators and growing brands</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Maintain accurate forecasting, opportunity management, and CRM hygiene within Salesforce</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Partner with onboarding, payments, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth customer transitions</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Coordinate internal resources to support more complex evaluations, integrations, and operational discussions</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Share market feedback and customer insights to help improve sales processes, positioning, and product strategy</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What you’ll need to thrive:</strong></span></p> <h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Experience</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">3–5 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience selling Mid-Market or multi-location accounts preferred</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Background selling into beauty, aesthetics, medspa, wellness, or self-care businesses strongly preferred</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proven ability to manage moderate-length sales cycles with multiple decision-makers</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience selling operational software, CRM, payments, POS, or business management platforms is a plus</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Relationship Building</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong ability to build trust quickly with business owners and operators</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Comfortable navigating multiple stakeholders and maintaining momentum across deals</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Excellent verbal and written communication skills</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Sales &amp; Business Acumen</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Highly consultative selling approach focused on uncovering business pain points and operational inefficiencies</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ability to articulate ROI and operational impact clearly</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Comfortable discussing pricing, payments, workflows, and business operations</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong organizational skills with attention to detail throughout the sales process</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Technical &amp; Operational Curiosity</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Chili Piper, and modern sales tools</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ability to understand and explain how software integrates into customer workflows</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Comfortable learning technical concepts and collaborating cross-functionally</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Adaptability &amp;
